Hitting zero health knocks a player down instead of ending the match on the spot. They cannot walk or sprint. A countdown of roughly 25 seconds starts. Staff will keep hitting a downed body if the barricade is open. Some held gear drops on the floor. If the timer finishes, that player is out for the rest of the run and sits in a ghost or spectator state.
Rescue steps
- Have a medkit or a bandage in your hands. Standing nearby without a medical item does not start the channel.
- Use the interact prompt on the body and stay through the short delay. Both of you can be hit during it.
- A finished channel stands them up. A medkit is described as bringing them back with a solid share of health. A bandage stabilizes them so they can look for food.
How to get the item before the timer matters
Medkits show up as rare loose loot on shelves and in storage corners. The pre-game lobby vendor sells one for 5 tokens. At a Tier One crafting table, 4 bricks make a medkit.
Bandages are the craftable backup, with two published recipes that do not match. One says 2 cloth and 20 HP on a living player, plus a revive. The other says red banknotes opened through Tab, with no HP number. Craft whichever recipe your menu actually lists, and test a spare bandage on a small hit before you rely on the 20 HP figure.
The downed player can also buy a self-revive with Robux. Prompts seen in matches have ranged from 20 to 65 Robux, so that price is not a fixed catalog number. Declining it, or running out of Robux, leaves the timer running.
Keep one medical slot on whoever is watching the climb. Crafting cash bandages at the fort is safer than running the aisles at night to find a kit.
