Purple tokens on the floor are account currency. They survive a death or a disconnect, unlike the fort and the hotbar. The first one you pick up is the Tokenizer badge. The X3 Tokens pass, 395 Robux, triples what you pick up. It does not change the prices below.

The machines are purple, marked with three question marks, and they move between nights. Scout one in daylight and use it when you are short, not on every pile of coins. The listed common side is food: ham, pie, cake. The listed rare side is Time Freeze, Time Speed Up, or a Light Switch that skips the current day or night. Separate weapon notes say the same machines can also spit out a handgun and ammo. Nothing published gives the odds inside that 50/50, so the calculator on this site is not wired to a fake drop rate.
Badge text ties extra tokens to objectives such as employee and roach kills, but it does not publish a token amount per kill. Do not budget a run on an unstated payout.
There is no confirmed code box that pays tokens. Joining the developer group is the free route that has a described chest. If the chest is not at the end of Start New Game, the reward may have moved. Do not type leaked strings into chat.
